To place an order through our website, you will need to be registered. The registering process is easy and free. All our prices are without VAT.


All transactions made through are transmitted via a secure connection, so the data is sent encrypted. DS Color does not save our customer's bank or credit card details as all financial operations are made directly on the bank's servers. All our client's details are pricate, confidential and secure.


All the products on offer on have an estimated delicvery time. We deal with each order with maximum diligence, so you can receive your order in the shortest time possible. This said, sometimes product delivery can be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. in any case, we guarantee that our customer service will contact you immediately to inform you of any incident that may affect your delivery time. Our estimated delivery times are 48 hours if we have the product in stock, and a maximum of 14 days if the product is not immediately available.

The prices and delivery times are always calculated for mainland Spain. If you place an order from outside mainland Spain or from overseas, we will contacto you immediately to inform you of delivery dates and any extra costs.


Our accepted payment methods are the following:

  • Bank transfer/deposit: Please send us proof of payment form your bank by email so we can process your order right away. Otherwise, especially if it is your first order with us, we will have to wait until our bank confirms payment (normally 2 working days).
  • Credit card. Our website will send you to our bank's secure website to finalise your order.


Your satisfaction is our goal. All our products are delivered with their original seal and have passed the manufacturer's quality tests.

DS Color offers a 7 day money back guarantee, refunding you within 30 days, or replacing the product if need be.

DS Color can not be made responsible for products after they have been manipulated by the client, or for products that have been sent back incomplete. We cannot make any replacements or refunds after this period. With any product returns, the customer will pay for the shipping, we will discount the amount form the refund, and the product must be insured and protected in its original packing. all material must be sent with shipping costs paid for. We do not accept consignments with postage due. We make every effort to make sure that all our online product infomation is correct and up to date. However, because we rely on our manufacturers for much of our product information or third parties, we cannot take responsibilityfor any errors or inaccuracies in the information such as product descriptions, images or technical details that we receive. All our products are subject to price changes due to foreign exchanges or manufacturer's tariff changes.
